Shelter in Time for Winter

What Happened

Mr. T and his neighbours were missing their bus shelter. It was removed in September and Transportation Services told Mr. T in October that it was going to be replaced. A few weeks later Mr. T emailed Transportation Services asking for an update — no response. Near the end of November, Mr. T emailed our office about the missing shelter.

What We Did

We contacted a Transportation Services supervisor. The supervisor looked into the matter and found they were short on parts, but assured us that the shelter would be reinstalled.

The Result

The bus shelter was reinstalled. Mr. T emailed us: “When I got off the bus this evening, I saw a brand new shining bus shelter … On behalf of all my fellow users, I thank you very much for your quick action to get it installed.”
